Something to change:

The delious taste of french fries stains the image of fast food into the minds of Americans. But, the rectangular shapes of fried potatoe can become more than just a fattening food. Sweet potatoes can still be a healthy source of nutrition, even when fried, because of the high amount of vitamin D that strenghthens energy levels, moods, helps to build healthy bones, heart, nerves, skin, and teeth.
