Millions of people across America have suffered an enduring life of pain due to the preservetives and fat that exist inside of your everyday meal. According to data from the U.S. in 2008, people are consuming over 60 pounds (28 kg) of added sugar per year and this does not include fruit juices (1). sugar), the number of obese children, as well as adults, has doulbed in the last 30 years. For men, the most amount of calories that should be taken is 150 and for women 100. But in one soda that you consume in a day is 201 calories and one cup of most candy is 159! These foods will tend to tell your brain that they are the most delectable thing you have ever had and that it needs more, but discard that thought. Added sugar is the reason people end up in the hospital with diseases like type 2 diabetes, higher triglyceride levels, lower high-density lipoprotein (HDL, also called “good”) cholesterol levels, heart disease, and many more.
